Nusavoxmedia.id – Aksi demonstrasi di Aceh yang berlangsung di tengah status tanggap darurat bencana berakhir ricuh setelah aparat TNI membubarkan massa di Jalan Nasional Banda Aceh–Medan, kawasan Lhokseumawe, Kamis (25/12/2025). Dalam aksi tersebut, sejumlah peserta mengibarkan bendera bulan bintang dan menuntut pemerintah pusat menetapkan bencana nasional.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Mabes TNI Mayjen TNI (Mar) Freddy Ardianzah membenarkan pembubaran aksi tersebut. Ia menyatakan langkah aparat dilakukan secara persuasif setelah imbauan untuk menghentikan aksi tidak diindahkan dan massa dinilai mengganggu ketertiban umum serta arus lalu lintas.
“TNI menegaskan bahwa pelarangan pengibaran bendera bulan bintang didasarkan pada ketentuan hukum yang berlaku karena simbol tersebut diidentikkan dengan gerakan separatis yang bertentangan dengan kedaulatan NKRI,” ujar Freddy dalam keterangannya, dikutip dari Liputan6, Sabtu (27/12/2025).
Freddy menjelaskan, pelarangan tersebut mengacu pada Pasal 106 dan 107 KUHP, Pasal 24 huruf a Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2009, serta Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 77 Tahun 2007. Ia juga menyebut aparat mengamankan seorang pria yang diduga membawa satu pucuk senjata api jenis pistol beserta senjata tajam rencong. Yang bersangkutan bersama barang bukti diserahkan kepada kepolisian.
Menurut Freddy, dalam proses pembubaran sempat terjadi adu mulut antara aparat dan massa. Namun, ia memastikan peristiwa tersebut merupakan selisih paham dan telah disepakati untuk diselesaikan secara damai. TNI juga mengimbau masyarakat tidak mudah terprovokasi oleh informasi yang belum terverifikasi di media sosial.
Peristiwa tersebut turut mendapat perhatian DPR. Wakil Ketua Komisi I DPR RI Dave Laksono menyayangkan bentrokan yang terjadi di tengah situasi darurat bencana dan meminta semua pihak menahan diri.
“Dalam situasi darurat seperti ini, setiap pihak perlu menahan diri agar tidak terjadi gesekan yang justru memperburuk keadaan,” kata Dave.
Ia juga mengingatkan aparat keamanan untuk tetap mengedepankan pendekatan profesional dan humanis.
Sementara itu, Koordinator aksi demonstrasi Muhammad Chalis mengungkapkan adanya dugaan kekerasan terhadap peserta aksi. Ia menyebut beberapa orang mengalami pemukulan, termasuk seorang peserta bernama Pon Satria yang mengalami luka di bagian bibir.
“Dipukuli dengan popor senjata, bukan hanya yang membawa bendera, tapi yang tidak membawa pun dipukuli,” katanya, dikutip Kompas.
Aksi demonstrasi tersebut terjadi di tengah penanganan bencana hidrometeorologi di Aceh. Pemerintah Aceh telah memperpanjang status Tanggap Darurat Bencana Hidrometeorologi selama 14 hari, terhitung sejak 26 Desember 2025 hingga 8 Januari 2026.
